Stephen Harper

Stephen Harper, MD, MPH, FAAEM, is a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, affiliated with the Department of Emergency Health Sciences and the Department of Emergency Medicine. He also serves as Deputy Medical Director for the San Antonio Fire Department and Medical Director for multiple emergency service districts and fire departments.
