Paul Gregory is a Lecturer in the Department of Criminal Justice and Sociology at the University of Wyoming, part of the College of Arts and Sciences. He joined the university in 2024 and has focused his career on community corrections, problem-solving courts, and program evaluation.
- Ph.D. in Sociology from Western Michigan University (2004)
- M.A. in Sociology from the University of Houston-Clear Lake (1999)
- B.S. in Criminal Justice from Lamar University (1992)
His research explores correctional treatment and the effectiveness of problem-solving courts, with publications in journals such as Sociological Imagination, Journal of Drug Issues, and International Journal of Offender Therapy and Comparative Criminology. At the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater (2006-2024), he conducted extensive research before transitioning to his current role at the University of Wyoming.
