Professor Paul Fleming is an Honorary Professor at De Montfort University’s School of Engineering and Sustainable Development, with over 25 years of expertise in energy management and sustainable development. His work spans local to regional energy efficiency, renewable energy systems, and greenhouse gas emission reduction strategies.
