Paul Fehlinger is a Senior Fellow at the Hertie School’s Centre for Digital Governance and the inaugural Director of Policy, Governance Innovation & Impact at Project Liberty’s Institute for Responsible Innovation. He holds an affiliation with Harvard University’s Berkman Klein Center. His work focuses on advancing responsible technology innovation ecosystems at the intersection of policy, venture capital, and entrepreneurship, particularly in Europe and globally.
