Paul Farley

Paul Farley is a Professor of English and Creative Writing at Lancaster University’s Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences. He is a renowned poet, broadcaster, and author, celebrated for his innovative poetry collections like The Boy from the Chemist is Here to See You, The Ice Age, and Edgelands (co-authored with Michael Symmons Roberts). His work bridges poetry, non-fiction, and radio, exploring themes such as urban-rural interfaces, memory, and cultural landscapes.
