Paul F. Hanley is an Associate Professor in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering and holds a concurrent appointment in Urban and Regional Planning at the University of Iowa College of Engineering. He has been affiliated with the institution since 2006 and contributes to academic leadership through his dual roles.
