Paul Cherukuri is the Vice President for Innovation and Chief Innovation Officer at Rice University, where he holds dual academic appointments as an Adjunct Professor in Management and Entrepreneurship and an Associate Research Professor in Electrical and Computer Engineering. He leads Rice's technology commercialization infrastructure, overseeing startup creation, entrepreneurship training, and engagement with the Ion innovation hub.
