Paul A. Fadil is a Professor and Chair of the Department of Management at the Coggin College of Business, University of North Florida, where he has served since Fall 2004. His teaching portfolio spans undergraduate and graduate courses in Organizational Behavior, International Management, Human Resource Management, and Administrative Management. He has won 9 teaching awards across five universities and 7 research commendations, with over 35 publications and 100+ conference presentations.
