Prof. Paul 't Hart is a part-time Professor at Utrecht University's School of Governance, focusing on Public Governance and Crisis Management. His career includes roles at Leiden University, Australian National University, and ANZSOG. He is a core member of the Scientific Council for Government Policy (WRR), advising the Dutch government on long-term policies. His research spans public leadership, policy success, and crisis management. He holds prestigious awards including the 2024 Stevin Prize and an ERC Advanced Grant.
