Patte Loper is a Professor of the Practice at Tufts University’s School of the Museum of Fine Arts (SMFA), housed within the School of Arts and Sciences. Her interdisciplinary practice spans painting, sculpture, video, installation, and performance. She explores themes such as architecture ethics, social justice and climate change, sustainable energy technology, and intersectional cultural identities. Loper’s work has been exhibited nationally and internationally, including at the Drawing Center (New York), The Bronx Museum, and institutions in Italy and Jordan.
