Dr Patrycja Rozbicka is a Lecturer in Politics, History and International Relations at Aston University, affiliated with the Aston Centre for Europe (ACE) and the Centre for Migration and Forced Displacement. She holds a PhD from the European University Institute and has held academic positions in Germany, Canada, and Belgium. Her research focuses on interest group influence in EU and national policymaking, live music industry regulation post-Brexit/Covid, and migration policy. She leads the Birmingham Live Music Project and the IR-Aesthetics initiative, examining cultural policy intersections. Dr Rozbicka has published over 50 articles and received the 2018 Innovations in Teaching Politics Award. Her work bridges policy analysis with cultural and economic impacts, emphasizing democratic accountability and stakeholder participation.
