Patrycja Domalik-Pyzik is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Biomaterials and Composites, Faculty of Materials Science and Ceramics, AGH University of Science and Technology, Krakow, Poland. Her research focuses on advanced biomaterials for tissue engineering and regenerative medicine applications.

Her research involves 3D printing of chitosan scaffolds for cartilage tissue engineering, development of novel implants with antibacterial properties, and creating composite materials with bioactive ceramics/graphene modifications for cartilage defect repair. She also works on drug-releasing polymer composites for intramedullary nails and multifunctional magnesium-based biomaterials.
Scientific achievements include the Rudolf Cimdins Scholarship (2014) and multiple Rektor's Team Awards (2015-2016). She has contributed to 21 scientific publications and collaborates internationally with institutions like Rutgers University and University of Duisburg-Essen.
