Patrick Tang

Dr. Patrick Tang is a Senior Lecturer at the Malaysia School of Engineering, Monash University. He holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of Nottingham, specializing in cavitation technology, micro/nanoencapsulation, and controlled delivery systems. His research focuses on innovative applications in food, pharmaceutical, and industrial sectors, emphasizing sustainability and process improvement. He is actively involved in industry collaborations with companies like CCM Innovative Solutions and Sime Darby Plantation, addressing challenges in functional coatings and palm oil processing.
