Patrick Schygulla

Dr. Patrick Schygulla is a Research Fellow at Fraunhofer Institute for Solar Energy Systems ISE in III-V Epitaxy and Material Development. His work advances high-efficiency multi-junction solar cell technologies through materials development and device optimization.
