Patrick Regnér

Patrick Regnér is a Professor of Strategic Management at the Stockholm School of Economics (SSE), where he also earned his PhD. He has been a visiting scholar at Rutgers Business School. His research focuses on the intersection of behavioral and sociological perspectives in strategy, emphasizing strategy practices and their impact on organizational capabilities. He serves on the editorial boards of leading journals like Academy of Management Review and Strategic Organization.

His work bridges academic research and practical applications through executive training with firms like ABB, Ericsson, and Volvo. He has authored influential textbooks such as Exploring Strategy and co-directed the Institute of International Business at SSE.
