Dr. Patrick Mbajekwe is an Associate Professor of History and co-Director of the Joseph Jenkins Roberts Center for the Study of the African Diaspora at Norfolk State University. His academic expertise spans African history, urban history, colonial/post-colonial history, economic history, and world history, with a focus on transformations in land/property rights, urbanization, economic development in Africa, and the global African Diaspora.
