Patrick Jacob

Patrick Jacob is a Professor of Public Law at the University of Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines (UVSQ), where he serves as Vice-Dean in charge of International Relations. He is affiliated with the Faculty of Law and Political Science and the Department of Public Law, conducting research at the Versailles Saint Quentin Laboratory public institutions (VIP). His academic work focuses on the intersection of traditional international law principles with emerging transnational challenges.
