Patrick Higgins is an Instructor in the Department of Finance at the Smeal College of Business, The Pennsylvania State University. He teaches courses focusing on finance fundamentals for non-business majors and leadership in organizational change.
- BA 301 – Finance: Covers financial markets, investments, and decision-making, integrating ethical considerations. Topics include financial statements, time value of money, capital budgeting, and personal finance strategies.
- MGMT 355 – Lead and Chg in Org: Examines leadership and organizational change, emphasizing self-awareness and adaptive management in evolving environments.
