His work critiques modern judicial interpretations of the Constitution and advocates for a return to limited government principles. He has also explored the cultural consequences of legal trends, including the impact of political correctness and the adversarial nature of contemporary American society.
His recent publications (2014–2019) focus on state constitutional law, academic freedom, media regulation, and the structural limitations of the Bill of Rights. These works reflect a consistent interest in First Amendment jurisprudence, federalism, and the role of religion in public life.
Professor Garry's scientific contributions include over 75 literary awards for his fiction, which complements his nonfiction analysis of legal and political issues. His interdisciplinary approach has made him a sought-after speaker on topics ranging from constitutional history to American cultural identity.
