Patrick Francois is a Professor at the Vancouver School of Economics and a Senior Fellow at the Canadian Institute for Advanced Research (CIFAR). He holds affiliations as a Research Fellow at the Center for Economic Policy Research (CEPR), a Fellow at the Bureau for Research and Economic Analysis of Development (BREAD), and has served as President of the Theoretical Research in Development Economics group.
