Patrick Corrigan is a Professor of Law at the University of Notre Dame Law School, specializing in securities law, corporation law, and capital markets. He holds additional roles as a Research Associate at the University of Amsterdam Center for Law and Economics and a Fellow in two Notre Dame research programs. His work focuses on legal frameworks shaping IPOs, venture capital, and transactional structures.
