Patricia Wilson

Patricia Wilson serves as the Associate Dean and William Boswell Chair of Law at Baylor Law School, where she has been a faculty member since 1993. She held the role of Interim Dean from July 2023 to July 2024 and teaches courses in Employment Discrimination, Labor Law, Family Law, and Legal Writing.

• Education: B.A. in Sociology (1982) from Purdue University; J.D. (1985) from Northwestern University School of Law.

Her research focuses on legal ethics, real estate law, and client counseling, with a career spanning academic, professional, and community service roles. She has coached moot court teams to national success and established the People’s Law School to promote legal literacy.
