Patricia Rojas-Zambrano, Ed.D., LMFT is an Associate Professor at the University of San Francisco's School of Education. Born in Colombia, she integrates somatic and arts-based approaches into her work on decolonization in education and psychology, with 30 years of experience in community mental health and social justice advocacy.

Her research focuses on decolonial frameworks in psychology, qualitative methodologies, and indigenous educational models. She collaborates with Colombia's Misak community to preserve their liberatory pedagogical systems and applies arts-based methods to trauma-informed care.
Patricia has served as Associate Professor in Somatic Psychology at California Institute of Integral Studies and directed wellness programs for refugee communities. Her 2023 publication in the International Journal of Human Rights Education documents Misak educational practices through oral history.
Current affiliations include the University of San Francisco's School of Education, where she continues her work on decolonizing educational systems and community mental health initiatives.
