Patricia Oswald, Ph.D., is a Professor of Psychology at Iona University. She serves as Graduate Coordinator for Industrial/Organizational Psychology and Director of Internships. Her teaching spans undergraduate and graduate psychology courses, including statistics, social psychology, and work performance assessment.
