Patricia Nicholl is a Lecturer at Queen's University Belfast's School of Social Sciences, Education and Social Work. Her research focuses on social work staffing challenges, workforce well-being, and policy analysis, particularly in Northern Ireland. She has contributed to studies on safe staffing demands, pandemic impacts on social workers, and family reunification in adoption cases. Her work aligns with UN Sustainable Development Goals related to decent work and reduced inequalities.
