Patricia Mendilibar Navarro

Patricia Mendilibar Navarro is an Adjunct Professor at the Department of Legal Sciences of CEU Cardenal Herrera University, serving as Academic Secretary in the Faculty of Law, Business, and Political Science. She holds a PhD in Law and Economics (2023), alongside a Master's in Law (2017), a Journalism degree with the Extraordinary Degree Award (2016), and a Law degree (2015).

Her teaching spans Administrative Law in Law, Political Science, Communication Law, and courses in Audiovisual Communication, Journalism, Advertising, and the Master’s in Law and Procurement. Research focuses on digital public administration transformation, legal implications of AI, automation of administrative processes, technological governance, and communications law. She contributed to the R&D project "Ethics and Self-Regulation of Social Communication" (2021–2024), funded by the Spanish Ministry of Science and ERDF.
