Patricia Calvo Gonzalez

Patricia Calvo Gonzalez is an Assistant Professor at the University of Burgos, Spain, within the School of Humanities and Communication, Department of History, Geography and Communication. She holds a PhD in Contemporary History from the University of Santiago de Compostela, Spain, with a thesis on the role of public dimension in the Cuban insurrectional stage (1953-1958).

Her research focuses on the intersection of public dimension, media and communication, and propaganda in shaping political and ideological narratives, particularly in the Cuban Revolution and Latin American Studies.
