Professor Patricia Amé is a Professor of Immunology at Rennes University and the University Hospital since 2021. Her research focuses on T follicular helper cells, B and T cell crosstalk, and autoimmune diseases.
Dr. Amé completed her pharmaceutical degree and PhD in hemato-oncology at Franche-Comté University, Besançon, followed by postdoctoral work at Rennes University in immuno-oncology. She also spent a sabbatical year at the Babraham Institute of Cambridge University, UK.
Her research interests center around T follicular helper cells and their interactions with B cells in the context of autoimmune diseases and lymphomas. She leads research in the Honeycomb team, investigating B-Tfh crosstalk in autoimmune diseases alongside collaborators including Céline Delaloy (INSERM researcher), Professor Laure Michel (Neurology), and Professor Aleth Perdriger (Rheumatology).
Professor Amé has published extensively on follicular lymphoma and T cell biology, with publications spanning from 2007 to 2020. Her most recent work focuses on the role of T cells in rheumatoid arthritis and the mechanisms of T follicular helper cell polarization.

Professor Amé serves as a Member of the administrative council of the French Society of Immunology (SFI), Founder and member of the French Germinal Center Club (FGCC) of the SFI, and Member of the committee of the Labex Immunotherapy Graft Oncology (IGO).
