Pascale Peretti

Pascale Peretti is a Lecturer in Clinical Psychology and Psychopathology at the University of Angers (UCO), affiliated with the Faculty of Human and Social Sciences. She is a member of the EA 4050 Laboratory 'Research in Psychopathologies: New Symptoms and Social Bonds' and serves as Head of the Doctorate in Ethics, Career Studies, and Education (ECE). She also practices as a clinical psychologist at Angers University Hospital’s neurology department.

She investigates themes like ego deconstruction, the role of writing in clinical settings, and the intersection of technology with subjectivity. Her research aligns with the EA 4050 axis on 'Treatment of the Body and Subjective Positions.'

Publications: Her recent work explores virtual reality’s psychological impacts (2023), neuro-psychic erasure (2022), and trauma in literary contexts (2020). Earlier studies addressed neurological hallucinations (2018), addiction rituals (2015), and heroin addiction’s anthropological dimensions (2008).

Grants & Advising: Supervises PhDs on topics like palliative care psychodynamics, ethical aging, and educational psychology. Organized conferences on digital technologies’ psychological impacts (2020) and psychopathology in modern subjects (2023).

Labs/Teams: Active in the RPPsy research team (Psychopathology, Psychoanalysis, and Psychotherapy), contributing to interdisciplinary studies on subjective experience and clinical practice.
