Pascal Ughetto

Pascal Ughetto is a Professor of Sociology at Gustave Eiffel University, affiliated with the Laboratory for Technology, Territories and Societies (LATTS). He co-heads the Master's in Change Management and Sociology of Human Resources (MACOR). His academic foundation includes a thesis in economics from Paris-Dauphine University and an HDR (2012) on work sociology cycles.

His research examines contemporary labor transformations, emphasizing:
