Parvathi Chundi

Dr. Parvathi Chundi serves as a Professor in the Department of Computer Science at the University of Nebraska at Omaha's College of Information Science & Technology. Her expertise spans replicated and distributed databases, data mining, bioinformatics, and interdisciplinary applications of machine learning in materials science and biomedical imaging.

Research Focus:

• Development of AI/ML methodologies for biofilm analysis and bioengineering applications
• Advancements in medical image segmentation for ocular disease detection
• Integration of serious games into educational frameworks for cybersecurity and quantum cryptography

Teaching:
