Pamela Knight is a Research Fellow at the School of Midwifery and Community Health, Faculty of Health, Medicine and Social Care, Anglia Ruskin University. She combines her academic work with a professional background as a qualified critical care nurse.

Her publications span qualitative research on compassion fatigue mitigation, co-creation in living labs, and curriculum design for public health nurses. These works intersect with gerontology, health technology, and professional nursing development.
Pamela collaborates with NHS partners, international academics, and industry stakeholders through projects funded by the Academic Health Science Network, Interreg2Seas, and Health Education England. She supervises doctoral students and contributes to PhD modules and professional doctorate programs.
