معرفی
Pam E. Rios Coronado is a Researcher and Postdoctoral Associate in the Department of Cellular & Molecular Physiology at Yale School of Medicine. She is also a YSM Science Fellow, focusing on molecular mechanisms underlying cardiovascular development and genetic variation in anatomical structures. Her work integrates cell biology, genetics, and physiological research to understand population-level differences in coronary artery anatomy.
Recent research includes a 2025 study published in Cell highlighting CXCL12's role in shaping coronary artery anatomy across diverse populations. This interdisciplinary work bridges developmental biology and clinical relevance, with implications for cardiovascular health disparities.
