Pablo Lillo Cea is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Swedish School of Library and Information Science, part of the University of Borås. His academic affiliation falls under the Faculty of Librarianship, Information, Education and IT. He holds a PhD in Sociology of Education from Uppsala University.
Research interests include:
- Higher education systems and policies
- Sociology of science and research evaluation frameworks
- Elite formation processes
- Open knowledge movements and free/open-source software
- Technology's role in academic practices
He currently leads two major projects:
- ENSURE: Evaluating energy systems research quality and societal impact
- HUMINFRA: Developing infrastructures for humanities research
