PHANG Sock Yong

PHANG Sock Yong is the Celia Moh Chair Professor of Economics and Vice Provost (Faculty Matters) at the School of Economics, Singapore Management University (SMU). She is a full-time faculty member with a distinguished academic and administrative career.
