PAULO NICANOR SEMINARIO HUERTAS

Paulo Nicanor Seminario Huertas is a Professor and researcher at the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid since April 2024. He holds a Ph.D. in Science (Mathematics) and has collaborated internationally with institutions in Peru, Brazil, Chile, and Spain.

Research Interests: Focused on well-posedness and stability of autonomous/non-autonomous partial differential equations, with applications to waves, beams, plates, seismic waves, and porous-elastic materials. Interdisciplinary work spans physics, biology, economics, ecology, and epidemiology.

• 8 publications in high-impact journals (6 Q1) and a Springer book chapter
• Active in non-autonomous dynamics and deterministic/non-deterministic modeling

Awards: Recognized by CONCYTEC (Peru) at university and national levels.

Teaching: Over 2000 hours taught across undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral programs. Supervised 1 master’s thesis, 3 bachelor’s theses, and 16 undergraduate projects. Currently advising 2 doctoral theses.
