PATRICIA LLOPIS NADAL

Prof. Patricia Llopis Nadal is a permanent faculty member at the Faculty of Law of the University of Valencia, affiliated with the GIPI Group R+D Intellectual Property and NCPJ New Conflicts and Judicial Process research groups. Her work focuses on Procedural Law, with a specialization in Intellectual Property and Internet Law.

Research Interests: Her research addresses the judicial protection of intellectual property in digital environments, procedural law challenges in online contexts, and the evolution of legal frameworks for resolving new conflicts arising from technological advancements.

Education:

• Doctorate in Law by the University of Valencia (2017), thesis: "Propiedad intelectual en internet: los retos de su tutela judicial", supervised by Drs. Manuel Ortells Ramos and Alicia Armengol Vilaplana.
