Elena Martinez Garcia

Elena Martinez Garcia is a Professor at the Faculty of Law of the University of Valencia, affiliated with the ADMINISTRATIVE department. She is part of the CEMUVIG Center for Multidisciplinary Studies in Gender Violence and previously contributed to the MedArb research group. Her doctoral thesis, completed at the University of Valencia in 2000, focused on El arbitraje como solución de conflictos en propiedad intelectual under the supervision of Dr. Silvia Barona Vilar.
