PASAMAR REYES, SUSANA

Dr. PASAMAR REYES, SUSANA is a Full Professor at the University of Pablo de Olavide (UPo), affiliated with the Faculty of Business Sciences and the Business Organization and Marketing Department. Her academic roles include teaching undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Human Resources Management, Strategic Management of Human Resources, and Business Simulation. She actively contributes to R&D projects focusing on digital transformation, sustainability in the fashion and foodservice industries, and human resource competencies for organizational sustainability.

Her research interests center on work-life balance, sustainable HR practices, institutional pressures influencing organizational behavior, and innovation strategies in service industries. She has published extensively on topics such as food waste management, tipping behavior in restaurants, and the impact of organizational support systems on employee well-being.
