Res. Assist. Oğuzhan MUTLUER is affiliated with the Department of International Politics at Eskişehir Osmangazi University. His research focuses on intersections between Russian history/politics and cinema studies, international relations dynamics, and non-state actors in global governance. He examines Turkey's Kurdish question through security frameworks, analyzes China-Africa diplomatic ties, and investigates maritime piracy as a geopolitical phenomenon.
