Outi Kähäri (D.Soc.Sc.) is a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Oulu's Faculty of Humanities, affiliated with the Department of History, Culture and Communication Studies. Her work focuses on social history, biographical research, and postmemory in Ingrian family histories, alongside studies on forced migration, refugee governance, and labor market integration of minorities through trust theory.
