Dr. Oteka Jackson-Cenales serves as a full-time nursing faculty member at Texas Christian University (TCU), where she supervises clinical students, conducts research, and evaluates student performance. She also works PRN at Baylor Scott & White Health All Saints Medical Center. Dr. Jackson-Cenales holds a BSN from East Texas Baptist University (ETBU), an MSN from Loyola University New Orleans, and a DNP, also from Loyola.
