Osman Bulut

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Osman Bulut is an Associate Professor in the Department of Civil Engineering at Istanbul Technical University. His academic career includes roles such as Education Coordinator and Erasmus Coordinator. He holds a PhD in Structural Engineering from Istanbul Technical University.
