Osku Haapasaari is a Project Specialist at the Finland Futures Research Centre (FFRC) and a Doctoral Researcher in the Department of Education at the University of Turku. He holds an M.A. and M.A.Ed., with a doctoral dissertation focusing on capacity-building partnerships between universities, exploring knowledge transfer, discourses, and agency in educational contexts.
