Orly Lobel is the Warren Distinguished Professor of Law and founding Director of the Center for Employment and Labor Policy at the University of San Diego School of Law. She holds an SJD and LLM from Harvard University, and an LLB from Tel Aviv University. As a member of the American Law Institute, she shapes national conversations on technology policy, labor law, and equality.
