Dr. Orla McBride is a Senior Lecturer in Psychology at Ulster University, affiliated with the Faculty of Life and Health Sciences and School of Psychology. She holds editorial roles at Addiction and Social Psychiatry and Psychiatric Epidemiology, and has secured over £7 million in research funding from ESRC and NIHR. Her research focuses on administrative data analysis, mental health epidemiology, and longitudinal health surveys. She leads the School’s Mental Health Research Theme and coordinates the Annual Research Methods and Statistics Summer School.
