Onyenucheya Barnard is an Assistant Professor of Teaching in the Department of Electrical Engineering at the University at Buffalo, part of the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences. His research focuses on advanced technologies such as dielectric elastomer actuator robotics, high-voltage insulation diagnostics, pulsed power systems, and non-thermal plasma applications.
