Dr. Onur OKTAYSOY is an Assistant Professor at Kafkas University's Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Management Information Systems. He currently serves as Vice Dean at Kafkas University. His academic journey includes multiple advanced degrees across diverse fields including Business Administration (PhD), Political Science and Public Administration (Master's), Law, Molecular Biology and Genetics, and Sociology.
His research focuses on Organizational Behavior, Human Resources Management, Strategic Management, and Digital Leadership. OKTAYSOY has developed expertise in organizational psychology, leadership studies, and the impact of digital transformation on workplace dynamics.
