Prof. Dr. Erdoğan Kaygin is a full-time Professor at the Department of Business Management and Organization, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Kafkas University, Turkey. He holds a PhD in Management and Organization from Atatürk University (2011), a Master's in Business Administration from Kafkas University (2006), and a Bachelor's in Business Administration from Sakarya University (2002). Over his career, he has held administrative roles including Faculty Board Membership and Deputy Dean at Kafkas University.
His research focuses on Organizational Behavior, Strategic Management, and Human Resources Management. His recent publications analyze digital leadership, green transformational leadership, ethical leadership, and workplace phenomena like mobbing, burnout, and psychological contracts. Key trends include the impact of technology on organizational dynamics and the role of psychological capital in job performance.
