Dr Omid Shariati is a Lecturer in Sustainable Technologies at the University of Reading, UK, with expertise in smart grid technologies, renewable energy integration, and AI applications in energy systems. Previously, he served as Assistant Professor of Electrical Power Engineering at Islamic Azad University, Birjand, Iran. His academic qualifications include a PhD in Electrical Power Engineering (2015) from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), an M.Eng (2005) from Azad University of Tehran, and a B.Eng (2002) from Shahid Beheshti University, Tehran.
